I have a background in law enforcement and can give you a perspective on this in a way that you may not find anywhere else. I also put this video with my comments as it is a fantastic tool on how not to conduct yourself during a traffic stop. The driver just couldn’t shut up and he paid for it. Then again, the taxpayers of Utah paid for it as well.
